By accessing or using the Upviro website (upviro.com), registering an account, or placing an order for any social media marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Upviro operates a Social Media Panel that provides services such as followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Spotify. Orders are processed automatically or manually; delivery times and results may vary. We do not guarantee that any platform (e.g. Instagram or TikTok) will not remove or limit accounts or content—use of our services is at your own risk and in accordance with each platform's own terms and policies.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.
Services are prepaid. You add funds to your account balance and use that balance to place orders. Prices are shown on the panel at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website (e.g. card, PayPal, cryptocurrency). All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in account suspension and collection action.
When you place an order, you provide the relevant link or username for the social profile. We will deliver the service as described on the product page. Start times and completion times are estimates. Partial deliveries or delays may occur due to platform limits or technical issues. Refunds for undelivered or partially delivered orders are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Upviro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Spotify, or any other third-party platform. Our services are provided independently. Those platforms may change their rules or take action against accounts; we are not responsible for any such action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upviro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or account status on any platform) arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
For order issues, billing, or general support, contact us via the Support ticket system, Contact page, or the contact details published on our website. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Disputes should be raised with us first before pursuing any legal or chargeback action.
We may change these Terms of Service or our services at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
